About the boat motion blur look
At 1/15 s on a 24 mm lens, the moving water and spray smear into lines as the boat races on. The low golden sun sits behind the stern and backlights every droplet. A saturated orange flash from the camera side lands on part of the face and jacket, holding it sharp. Wind does the rest, pulling at hair and fabric.
