The service
haloshot makes AI-generated photos of you from three photos you upload, following one of its art-directed shoots. It is in early access: features, shoots, limits and prices can change.
Who can use it
You must be 18 or older and sign in with your own Google account.
Your photos
Upload only photos of yourself that you have the right to use. Do not upload photos of other people, children, nudity, or anything illegal. You keep the rights to your photos; you allow haloshot to store and process them only to make your shoots.
The images you get
The images are generated by AI and may not match your likeness perfectly. You may use the images made for you for personal and commercial purposes, such as social media, profile pictures, portfolios and covers. Do not use them to deceive people about who someone is or to impersonate anyone.
Acceptable use
No attempts to make sexual, violent, hateful or illegal content, no attempts to create images of other people without their consent, and no automated or abusive use. We may refuse a generation or close an account that breaks these rules.
Credits and limits
New accounts get free previews and HD photos during early access. If a generation fails, its credit is returned. The service may pause new generations when it reaches its daily limit. Paid packs, when they open, will be described in the app before you buy.
No warranty
haloshot is provided as is during early access, without guarantees of availability or results. To the extent the law allows, haloshot is not liable for indirect losses arising from use of the service.
Ending
You can stop using haloshot and delete everything at any time from Account in the app. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
