About the slow sync flash look
The shutter runs at 1/4 s on a 24 mm lens while the camera rotates, dragging every warm light in the background into a curved streak. Flash fires on the rear curtain, at the end of the exposure, so the subject lands sharp on top of the motion. Behind the figure, the afterglow of dusk rims hair and shoulders. Blue from the gel is the only artificial color.
Clothes, place and when to pick it
A cropped chrome-silver puffer picks up that blue, paired with wide black trousers, chunky black sneakers and a thin black balaclava rolled down around the neck.
