Chroma Drift: a light trails fashion AI photoshoot

Five frames from a dark city passage where cobalt light from the left and red from the right smear into trails around layered metallic outerwear. A short flash pins the face sharp in the middle of all that movement.

About the long exposure with flash look
The shutter stays open for about 1/8 s. Through that time the blue and red sources keep printing as camera, hands, fabric and hair move, while the flash fires once and freezes the features. Rear-curtain sync drops the trails behind a walking body. A 20 mm close to the ground exaggerates scale, and in one frame the camera turns at arm's length, curling the light into a spiral.
Clothes, place and when to pick it
One silhouette serves women and men: layered asymmetric outerwear in black and metallic gray, extra-long sleeves, reflective details and wide trousers. Any dark urban passage with little detail works, since the background dissolves into streaks. Choose it for a club or DJ poster, single artwork or a profile shot where your face stays sharp inside the color.

How to combine flash and light trails in one exposure
A slow shutter turns moving colored light into trails, and one short flash freezes the face inside them. A dark location keeps the split clean.
- Find a dark passage and stand a cobalt-gelled LED tube camera left, a red one camera right, about 2 m out.
- Hold the 20 mm near the ground at about 1/8 s, f/8, ISO 200, with the flash on rear-curtain sync.
- Move the camera during the exposure: tilt for streaks, or rotate it at arm's length for a spiral.
- Have the model walk toward the lens so trails fall behind the body, and expect many misses.
Cheap LED strips flicker and print dashed trails, so test every light at 1/8 s first.
