Heat Mirage: a heat haze telephoto AI photoshoot
Heat Mirage is shot with a 600 mm lens through hundreds of meters of hot air, so the figure ripples and the asphalt becomes a mirror. Six bleached, high-noon frames show a silver sun coat wavering in a 48 °C heatwave.

About the heat haze telephoto look
From roughly 300 meters away, the 600 mm telephoto compresses road, high-rises and power pylons into flat stacked layers. Rising heat bends the air, so contours shimmer and break while a mirage on the asphalt reflects the figure upside down. White overhead sun bleaches the highlights and keeps shadows short. At f/8 and 1/2000 s, the clearest frame still holds the face readable against a boiling background.
Clothes, place and when to pick it
Wardrobe is made for heat: an oversized silver-white reflective coat with a cape back, a sculptural wide-brimmed hat that leaves the face open, loose white trousers, white shoes and wraparound sunglasses pushed up. Settings switch between an empty city road and a desert highway. haloshot sets your own face into the haze from three phone photos. Choose it for cover art or a cinematic grid.
